The Dumes Teets Mullowney Group of Marcus & Millichap is a nationally recognized real estate brokerage team that operates throughout the entire United States. Spearheaded by Joel Dumes, the team has grown to be one of the most dominant in the Midwest relative to the number of transactions and corresponding dollar volume on an annual basis. The team has closed over 575 transactions totaling more than $2,350,000,000 in volume since its beginning in 2004. Seth Rosin

Seth Rosin, the newest addition to the Dumes Teets Mullowney Group, was brought on in 2023 to help grow the Student Housing team. A former resident of Florida and a Florida State University alumni, Seth has called Cincinnati home for the past decade. In his free time, Seth enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two children.
Charles (Chi) Bulger
Associate
Based in the Cincinnati office of Marcus & Millichap, Chi Bulger focuses on the sale of multi tenant retail properties in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and throughout the Midwest. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2009 after 28 years of successful investment sales experience with CB Richard Ellis. During that period, he sold 11,500,000 square feet of investment properties for a total consideration of $325,000,000. Chi received a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University with a major in finance and a minor in accounting and completed some course work toward an MBA at Xavier University in Cincinnati. He is active in Exchange Club and sits on Anderson Township’s Betterment and Beautification Committee.
Jacob Bobo
Senior Financial Analyst
Jacob has been with the team for four and a half years and initially started in marketing after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with degrees in Finance and Marketing. While handling the marketing efforts, he began to learn and assist in multiple other aspects of the team, including underwriting and contract work, before being promoted to Senior Financial Analyst. He now handles senior underwriting responsibilities and helps run the team administration. Jacob in his free time enjoys traveling, spending time with family/friends and watching sports.
Lauren Bounsall
Director of Operations
Lauren graduated from Miami University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Arts Management. As the Director of Operations for the team, Lauren handles marketing and administrative team tasks. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with local animal shelters and fashion.
Jake Westgerdes
Financial & Research Analyst
Jake started with the Dumes Teets Mullowney Group as a research intern in May 2021. He received a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati and joined the team as a full-time financial & research analyst after graduation. Jake’s responsibilities as a financial & research analyst include underwriting, lease abstracting, escrow management, and all other financial obligations.
