Patrick Mullowney exclusively focuses on student housing, multifamily, and retail/mixed-use investments around universities (“wherever students spend money”). Patrick actively assists clients and investors with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of investment property across the country. His main goal as a broker is to continue developing a nationwide network of opportunities while creating the most value for both buyers and sellers.
Before Patrick ventured to Marcus & Millichap, he worked for Proctor & Gamble and the Cincinnati Reds. In these roles, he quickly learned his personality was geared towards entrepreneurship. His passion for investment real estate ultimately led him to Marcus & Millichap and a focus on campus investment properties.
